Why Choose Hi-Tech Windows?
Multiple Chambers - The Hi-Tech frame is designed to provide the
optimum insulation and rigidity. The chambers in our frames greatly
increase energy efficiency and reduce noise transmission
The number of chambers within the PVC frame are important, but as
important is the configuration and thickness of the chamber walls.
Hi-Tech heavy frame extrusion is designed to carry the load of
today’s heavier triple glazed windows as well as diffuse and resist
heat and cold transfer through the frame.
Our co-extruded gasket seals provide long-term protection from the
elements and produce a seal that is virtually impenetrable to the
outer elements
Triple Glazed sealed units with a full 1/2" airspace provides
optimal insulation and sound transmission reduction
Triple glazed units provide energy efficiency levels unmatched by
dual glazed windows and substantially increase the comfort level of
your home
Our deep frame allows us to set our sealed units further inside our
frame to dramatically reduce air infiltration and the risk of
condensation
Frame extrusion designed to allow for reinforcement on oversized
windows
Variable jamb width available. Standard jamb at 4 1/2", 5 1/2", 6
1/2"
Matching Vinyl casing available
As cold air attempts to move in from the outside, warm air is also
trying to escape your home. The multiple chambers built into every
Hi-Tech Window frame have heavy walls that have been designed stop
the transfer of heat and cold. Each chambers slows the transfer of
the air and keeps your warm air inside, and the cold air out
Our PVC frames are of our own design and have all been developed
post 2001 utilizing the most advanced window technology available
The PVC we use is brilliant white; the benefit of this is an ultra
clean looking window that does not contaminant or change other
colors that are used in conjunction with it

To ensure long-term performance all of our PVC components are fusion
welded on a 4-point welder. The 4-point welders are critical in
maintaining a perfectly square finished product. This process guarantees
that the frame and sash will fit together as designed and will provide
the best performance as a result
Stainless steel screws are used in each application to prevent a
reaction and corrosion of metals
Adjustable hardware increases ease of install and allows fine
adjustments to be made. This ensures optimum performance from your
new windows
Flanged Screen Bar - resist bugs from entering through gaps on edges
of traditional screens
Snubbers are installed on casement windows to ensure the sash seals
tightly and prevents air and water infiltration
